1869 -

The name Winterbottom has a long association with the book industry going back to 1869, when William Whitehead Winterbottom and his son Archibald started a cotton mill in Salford, Manchester in the UK.

1891 -

In 1891, the Winterbottom Bookcloth Co Limited was formed and this company dominated the book and textile trade in Britain and America for almost a century.

Today -

Today, Winterbottom Products stock predominantly book binding materials sourced from manufacturers of coated textiles and papers.
Our wide range of quality woven bookcloths and embossed papers are found covering books, packaging, stationery, menus, photo books, pattern books, diaries, binders and many other daily products.

Included in our materials are leading brands such as Arbelave Library Buckram, Mondial, Chromo, Duo, Rainbow, Acrolin, Baladek, Savanna and Iris.
